We plan our purchasing early in the year, with ample stock in our Dutch warehouse. This allows us to supply the full peak from August through December without surprises.

Our Christmas programme reserves the required volumes early in the year. We recommend sharing your intentions before spring, so that we can arrange composition, packaging and delivery in a structured way.
What to expect from a Christmas hamper supplier
The Christmas season cannot be improvised. Our planning starts in spring, when compilers share their first intentions and we reserve with the factories accordingly. The earlier that intention is known, the more certain the quantities, specification and price become. By summer, stock is in place in our Dutch warehouse and delivery can begin; from August through December we deliver in agreed part-shipments, aligned with your own packing line.
This approach keeps volume manageable. Because we know exactly what is in the warehouse, we can adjust during the season if a particular hamper variant performs better than expected, without you becoming dependent on an urgent shipment from abroad. Reorders within a running programme are also possible while stock lasts.
Cookware and kitchenware have performed well in Christmas hampers for years, and there is a reason for that. They are genuinely used, they remain in the household for years, and they carry weight and presence the moment they are unwrapped. A sustainable pan with a PFAS-free coating and a core of recycled aluminium adds a substantive story that employers are glad to pass on — particularly when the hamper forms part of a wider sustainability policy.
Our own stock position is decisive here. We are not an intermediary: we purchase, store and deliver ourselves. That means you agree quantities, specification and delivery dates with a single party, and that same party remains available should anything need resolving during the busiest quarter of the year.
