A cookware savings programme starts with the maths behind the promotion: what spend do you want to reward, how many stamps should that earn, and what top-up payment still feels reasonable to your customer? These starting points determine the choice of range. A promotion aimed at reach calls for an entry-level line, while a format that distinguishes itself on quality is better served by a PFAS-free induction line. We work through the options with you before anything is committed.
Next comes the structure of the savings weeks. An ascending structure usually works best: a frying pan in the first weeks, followed by larger sizes, lids and additional pieces. This keeps customers saving and raises average spend per customer. In parallel, we determine starting stock per branch, delivery frequency and the buffer held back for unexpected success.
From that point, Redelaar takes the work off your hands. We handle purchasing and hold the full promotional stock in our Dutch warehouse, deliver to your distribution centres on an agreed schedule and monitor uptake throughout the programme. If customers save faster than forecast, we shift quantities within the reservation. You have one dedicated point of contact who knows the whole programme.
The fact that sustainable cookware brings customers back has everything to do with the nature of the product. A pan is not disposable: it goes on the hob every day and reminds the customer of your format for months. When that pan is also PFAS-free and contains recycled aluminium, the reward matches what consumers expect from their supermarket — making the savings goal worth sticking with.
